AGRI-TRAC has worked hard to exceed our client’s expectations. With the important creation of the expansion fleet vehicles and crews to service the dairy industry, the Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program has something for everyone to become part of the AGRI-TRAC family.

Due to the high number of satisfied customers referring friends, family and business associates to use the AGRI-TRAC process each year, AGRI-TRAC has launched its Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program to say thank you! Starting January 2009, this exciting gratitude program allows you to receive $100.00 for every farm that you refer the AGRI-TRAC process that commits to a service work order completed. When AGRI-TRAC has completed the referred work order a check will be sent in the mail to the person who established the referral to AGRI-TRAC. The farm involved in taking part in the Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program will receive a 5% off the square footage standard rate and will be visible on the invoice to show the savings. To take part in the

Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program a call must be placed to the coordinator. The information for both parties involved must be submitted and either the farmer or the referrer can make the call. 

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS 

I was never referred to the program can I still take part in the program and savings?

After January 1st 2009 if you were not referred to Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program you are still eligible for reimbursement of the 5% off the standard square foot rate. In this particular situation current customer must refer another farm to the Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program. Once that referred farm is completed the customer who was not originally referred to the Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program will receive a recalculation of the 5% off the standard square foot rate of the previous work completed after January 1st 2009. A check for the recalculation amount of reimbursement, plus the $100.00 referral gratitude will be issued to the referring customer.

How can I take part in the AGRI-TRAC Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program?

Refer a friend, family member or business associate to the AGRI-TRAC process. The farm must use our services to complete a work order and you will earn $100.00. The referred customer will receive 5% off the square footage standard rate. Either party must call the coordinator and submit all contact information for both parties involved. 

How do I know for sure that when I call in the information I will be remembered and receive my $100.00 Dairy Partnership Gratitude or 5% off the square footage standard rate?

For each referral call there will be documentation written with both parties contact information. A case identification number will be issued over the phone at the time of referral and then followed up with verification via email or regular mail to both parties. The case identification number will be shown on the invoice bill in the column where the 5% off the standard square footage will be calculated then subtracted from the total invoiced square footage amount. The case identification will also be visible on the check payable to the referrer.

What if I lose my verification of my identification number? 

Call the Dairy Partnership Gratitude Coordinator. We will pull it up from our records and reissue it to the party involved.

Do I need to have the identification number on hand for when AGRI-TRAC is at my location?

When we have registered you in our system to ensure your savings for taking part in the Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program we will take care of the rest.

If I can not afford to do all my floors in one service call will I be able to get the same 5% off the standard square footage rate in the future with my original identification number?

Yes, the farmer will be on record as a member of our Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program and will be subject to future savings as a member.

Do I get another $100.00 Gratitude for a return work order to the same farm already in the Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program?

The referrer will not receive another $100.00 for a return work order to a farm already in the Dairy Partnership Gratitude Program.

Can I save my referral rewards to use off the cost of having AGRI-TRAC done in my operation?

Yes, for every $100.00 referral amount AGRI-TRAC will offer you 100 square foot of the AGRI-TRAC process.
